Booking and enquiries happen entirely over WhatsApp. When you message Ciara, she'll see your name, phone number, and whatever you choose to share in your message — this is standard for any WhatsApp conversation, and is between you and WhatsApp/Meta as well as with Ciara directly. Meta's own privacy policy covers how WhatsApp itself handles your data as a platform.
Ciara uses this information only to respond to you, arrange appointments, and provide the treatment or foot care you've asked about. It isn't shared with anyone else, sold, or used for marketing.
Information is kept only for as long as it's genuinely needed — generally for as long as you remain a client, or as required for basic business record-keeping — and isn't retained beyond that.

The Instagram and Facebook links in the footer take you to those platforms directly — this site doesn't embed any social media content or trackers. Anything you do on Instagram or Facebook is covered by those platforms' own privacy policies, not this one.
